This year during the 12th Annual Policeman's Ball, we will be honoring JOE PETROCK for his continued support.
Joe Petrock is currently the Executive Director of Halifax Health Foundation and Government Relations. Prior to joining Halifax Health, he served as a Bell South Executive for 30 years. Born and raised in Daytona Beach, Joe has spent a lifetime supporting our community and making the Daytona Beach area a better place to live.
Joe has been in a leadership position of no less than 20 of the county’s most venerable organizations including the Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce, Daytona State College, Bethune Cookman University, FUTURES Education Foundation, United Way, March of Dimes, Embassy of Hope, Checkered Flag Committee, and Civic League of the Halifax Area. Additionally he has been recognized for his civic involvement or as Person of the Year. Joe received the Community Services Award from United Way; the Golden Eagle Award and Honor Commissioner from the Boy Scouts of America; the Outstanding Alumni Award from Daytona State College; the Lou Fuchs Award for Leadership from the Daytona Regional Chamber; the Glenn and Connie Ritchey Community Service Award from the Council on Aging; the J. Saxton Lloyd Lifetime Achievement Award from the Civic League of the Halifax Area; and, a host of other leadership awards.
Joe has been married to Barbara for 27 years and lives in Daytona Beach.
